In the year 1987, we founded our company in the name of SOBHANA CHEMICAL PROCESS. There are two types of PS Plates Positive and Negative. At that period, India comes to know about the Positive PS PLATE which was manufactured thinly (0.28mm), so they dispose the plate as soon as they were used. So, we Sobhana chemicals were the first company to acquire those wasted positive plates and convert those into usable negative plates by chemical processing. Our end product was preowned by several printing press units. In the later 2000, we have taken the company to next level of innovation by reprocessing the negative plates back to its original form (positive plates) by Roller coating. The whole process will be done manually by workers till 2006. From 2007, we have automated every process by machinery which was imported from Italy.
